The communal areas of these blocks have certainly seen better days. Our team had to carry out a full re-decoration on 8 of them to restore them to their former glory.

This included

- Walls and ceilings being fully re-coated.
- All woodwork repaired, sanded and fully repainted with colour like-for-like

Now they certainly feel more spacious, clean and add marketabaility to these properties!
