Fire - proofing works - Kingswood, Surrey

This project consisted of fire - proofing works that needed to be carried out in conjunction with new fire-safety regulations and to ensure compliance with fire risk assessments in communal areas of these flat blocks.

Works we carried out for our client included:

- New intumescent seals installed on fire-doors
- Non-compliant door hinges replaced with fire-rated hinges
- Utility cupboards gaps and openings sealed with compliant products
